• How to initiate a request for return?

  Email us by clicking contact us below with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. We will review your request and provide you with the full address of our returns department.

• If you received damaged items?

  Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number by clicking contact us below. Once your request is reviewed, we will follow up with your replacement options

• My request to return is approved, what's next?

  Return the item(s) to our returns department. (We recommend requesting a tracking number to know when your package is delivered) Approved return items that have been confirmed as received in good condition will be eligible for exchange or a refund minus the original cost of shipping.

• What is your return policy?

  Every Love Is Project item is lovingly crafted by hand using natural materials, thus to this effect, every product is unique and may vary slightly from the product image displayed on our website with intact packaging. • What's the cost of exchanging items?

  For exchanges, there is a minimum $10 exchange fee. We will also invoice you for the shipping cost and will send your new items to you upon payment completion.
